You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.

How to Request a Refund

2. Include your full name and order email address
3. Provide the course name and purchase date
4. Briefly explain your reason for the refund

Refund Processing

• Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe
• You will receive email confirmation once processed

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted if:

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• You have accessed more than 20% of course content
• The course was purchased during a promotional period with stated non-refundable terms

Course Access After Refund

Upon refund approval, access to course materials will be revoked.
